FFB Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to cure the breach within a specified period. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid immediately.
9. Governing Law
